三氧化鉬納米帶/石墨烯納米復(fù)合材料的簡(jiǎn)單制備及其在超級(jí)電容器中的應(yīng)用(英文)

采用簡(jiǎn)單的超聲自組裝法制備了石墨烯/三氧化鉬納米帶復(fù)合材料。最終產(chǎn)物的組成和結(jié)構(gòu)采用多種不同的手段進(jìn)行了表征,包括掃描電鏡、透射電鏡、X射線衍射、拉曼光譜以及熱分析等。該復(fù)合材料可以用作超級(jí)電容器電極材料。電化學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明石墨烯/三氧化鉬納米帶復(fù)合材料比電容可達(dá)到285.5 F·g-1,且在電流密度為1 A·g-1時(shí)經(jīng)過(guò)1 000次循環(huán)后其電容值能保持初始值的99.5%.
