氧化鋅納米粒的制備與表征(英文)

本研究采用溶膠-凝膠法制備氧化鋅納米粒(ZnO NPs),并對其粒徑、形貌、晶型、光學特性和pH敏感性等理化性質(zhì)進行表征,在PC-3M和4T1兩株細胞系上對ZnO NPs的體外抗腫瘤藥效進行評價。實驗結(jié)果表明,ZnO NPs為粒徑均勻的球形納米顆粒,具有優(yōu)良的光學性能及pH敏感性能,對PC-3M和4T1兩株細胞系有明顯的抗腫瘤細胞藥效。上述結(jié)果表明, ZnO NPs可作為載體載帶活性物質(zhì)以產(chǎn)生抗腫瘤診斷和治療作用。
