稀土摻雜碳酸鈣/聚丙烯可調(diào)色復(fù)合材料的制備及性能(英文)

采用微波輔助共沉淀法合成CaCO3:RE3+(RE=Eu,Tb,Ce)熒光粉,然后與聚丙烯(PP)密煉制備成CaCO3:RE3+/PP可調(diào)色復(fù)合材料。通過(guò)光致發(fā)光光譜和激發(fā)光譜、色坐標(biāo)、X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡,研究了不同熒光粉的添加對(duì)復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能和發(fā)光性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:熒光粉能均勻分布在PP中,且熒光粉含量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))為5%時(shí),復(fù)合材料的綜合力學(xué)性能和發(fā)光性能最佳;CaCO3:Eu3+/PP、CaCO3:Tb3+/PP和CaCO3:Ce3+/PP在紫外燈照射下分別發(fā)出紅色、綠色和紫色光;通過(guò)改變不同熒光粉的含量能夠有效調(diào)節(jié)復(fù)合材料發(fā)光顏色;改變激發(fā)波長(zhǎng)同樣能達(dá)到對(duì)復(fù)合材料調(diào)色的目的。
