超穩(wěn)定的碲摻雜碳量子點(diǎn)在細(xì)胞保護(hù)和光動力學(xué)治療中的應(yīng)用(英文)

由于活性氧(ROS)在人體新陳代謝中起著重要作用,調(diào)節(jié)細(xì)胞內(nèi)ROS濃度維持水平是不容忽視的,因此開發(fā)能夠控制活性氧含量的納米試劑是非常有意義的.本文采用簡單有效的水熱法制備了碲摻雜碳量子點(diǎn)(Te-CDs).該量子點(diǎn)水溶性好、穩(wěn)定性高,具有生物相容性,在溶液水平能夠消耗H2O2,在光照下能夠產(chǎn)生·OH.因此該碳量子點(diǎn)可作為抗氧化劑應(yīng)用于細(xì)胞保護(hù)中,也可作為光敏劑應(yīng)用于光動力治療,這雙重作用在細(xì)胞中均取得了良好的效果,并有望與其他藥物共同用于多模態(tài)腫瘤治療.
