選區(qū)激光熔化成形顆粒增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料綜述(英文)

  選區(qū)激光熔化(SLM)是一種新興逐層增材制造技術(shù),能夠生成具有三維復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的高性能構(gòu)件。顆粒增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料(PAMCs)由于結(jié)合鋁基體和增強(qiáng)相的優(yōu)異特性在很多領(lǐng)域被認(rèn)為是一種重要材料。基于SLM和PAMCs的綜合優(yōu)勢,新型SLMPAMCs在近年來被陸續(xù)開發(fā)和研究。因而,本文總結(jié)當(dāng)前有關(guān)SLMPAMCs的研究進(jìn)展。首先,著重分析SLM20PAMCs的凝固行為。其次,對高性能SLM20PAMCs設(shè)計(jì)和制造中涉及的重要問題進(jìn)行全面的討論,其中包括增強(qiáng)相的選擇、工藝參數(shù)對成形和微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響以及缺陷演變和相調(diào)控。第三,對SLM20PAMCs的性能和增強(qiáng)機(jī)制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)討論。最后,對高性能SLM20PAMCs未來發(fā)展方向提出建設(shè)性的觀點(diǎn)。
