Li m A n M 6 O 15 (A=Rb,Cs;M=Si,Ge;m+n=6)的合成、表征以及計算(英文)

與磷酸鹽類似,含四面體基本結構基元的硅酸鹽和鍺酸鹽也能表現(xiàn)出紫外甚至深紫外的透過,因此,它們對新型紫外或深紫外非線性光學材料的研究具有十分重要的意義.本文采用高溫固相法成功合成了4種新型堿金屬硅酸鹽和鍺酸鹽,即Li2Rb4Si6O15,Li2Cs4Si6O15,Li3Rb3Ge6O15和Li3Cs3Ge6O15.它們具有相同的結構通式LimAnM6O15(A=Rb,Cs;M=Si,Ge;m+n=6),且都表現(xiàn)出Sr2Be2B2O7(SBBO)類型的結構.更重要的是,L...
