格構(gòu)腹板增強輕木夾芯復(fù)合材料橋面板的制備與受彎分析

【摘要】:提出了一種新型格構(gòu)腹板增強輕木夾芯復(fù)合材料橋面板,這種面板具有輕質(zhì)高強、耐腐蝕、易拼裝等特點,可用于軍事舟橋等組合結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁領(lǐng)域。該新型橋面板的復(fù)合材料面層、格構(gòu)腹板與芯材在模具內(nèi)通過真空導(dǎo)入工藝整體一次成型,利用格構(gòu)腹板提高面層與芯材的整體性,可更大程度地發(fā)揮新型橋面板的受力性能。基于復(fù)合材料夾層結(jié)構(gòu)經(jīng)典理論,對該橋面板在典型輪式車輛和履帶式車輛荷載作用下的性能進行了受力分析。結(jié)果表明:該橋面板的剛度滿足設(shè)計要求;纖維面層正應(yīng)力和輕木芯材剪應(yīng)力均滿足強度要求;與原同尺寸軍用橋面板相比,減重57%。
[Abstract]:A new type of lattice web reinforced lightweight wood sandwich composite bridge deck is proposed, which has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and easy assembly, and can be used in the field of military boat bridge and other composite structure bridges. The composite surface layer of the new bridge deck, the lattice web plate and the core material are formed in the die by vacuum introduction process, and the mechanical properties of the new bridge deck can be brought into full play by using the lattice web to improve the integrity of the surface layer and the core material. Based on the classical theory of composite sandwich structure, the performance of the bridge deck under the load of typical wheeled vehicles and crawler vehicles is analyzed. The results show that the stiffness of the bridge deck meets the design requirements, the normal stress of the fiber surface layer and the shear stress of the light wood core material meet the strength requirements, and compared with the original military bridge deck of the same size, the weight is reduced by 57%.
