復(fù)合材料V型構(gòu)件的固化變形預(yù)測(cè)及其工裝型面設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:利用固化動(dòng)力學(xué)模型對(duì)20mm厚度和3mm厚度的ZT7H/5429碳纖維復(fù)合材料層合板進(jìn)行了固化模擬,在固化過(guò)程中,20mm厚度平板出現(xiàn)了溫度峰值,中心溫度與表面溫度差不超過(guò)6℃,3mm平板溫度分布均勻,溫度歷程與熱壓罐工藝溫度基本一致。利用簡(jiǎn)化的溫度場(chǎng)和等效熱膨脹系數(shù)對(duì)60°和90°拐角的V型基準(zhǔn)試件進(jìn)行了固化變形模擬,并進(jìn)行了V型基準(zhǔn)試件的固化試驗(yàn)。60°和90°拐角試件的固化回彈角的模擬值分別為1.58°和1.18°,試驗(yàn)測(cè)得的回彈角的平均值分別為1.59°和1.11°。對(duì)V型復(fù)合材料蒙皮構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了固化變形模擬,并得到了補(bǔ)償過(guò)的工裝型面,在該工裝上成型的試件與設(shè)計(jì)形狀基本一致。
