連續(xù)碳纖維增強(qiáng)聚醚醚酮預(yù)浸帶成型工藝及性能

【摘要】:利用浸漬法制備連續(xù)碳纖維增強(qiáng)聚醚醚酮(CF/PEEK)預(yù)浸帶,對其成型溫度、行進(jìn)線速度進(jìn)行研究,并測試了CF/PEEK預(yù)浸帶的熱脹系數(shù)、拉伸性能,利用SEM掃描電鏡觀察CF/PEEK預(yù)浸帶內(nèi)部界面結(jié)合狀態(tài)。結(jié)果顯示,預(yù)熱區(qū)、熔融熱壓區(qū)溫度分別控制在110~130℃和220~370℃,預(yù)浸帶行進(jìn)線速度控制在2 m/min時,制備的預(yù)浸帶性能較好;在-150~+150℃范圍內(nèi),CF/PEEK預(yù)浸帶線脹系數(shù)為0.5×10-6/K,并隨著纖維體積分?jǐn)?shù)增大而減小;CF/PEEK預(yù)浸帶最大拉伸強(qiáng)度達(dá)到1.81 GPa;SEM掃描電鏡顯示碳纖維與PEEK界面結(jié)合良好。研究顯示,CF/PEEK預(yù)浸帶制備工藝參數(shù)可行,CF/PEEK預(yù)浸帶性能較好,具有工程應(yīng)用價值。
