TPU對(duì)POM低溫韌性的影響

【摘要】:通過熔融共混法制備出聚甲醛(POM)/熱塑性聚氨酯(TPU)復(fù)合材料。采用差示掃描量熱儀測(cè)試(DSC)、脆化溫度測(cè)試、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、力學(xué)性能測(cè)試分析了TPU添加量與POM復(fù)合材料結(jié)晶度和低溫性能的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:隨著TPU添加量的增加,POM/TPU的常溫和低溫韌性增大,當(dāng)TPU含量為10%時(shí),POM/TPU復(fù)合材料脆性溫度為-39℃,在-30℃下POM復(fù)合材料的缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度提高了47%;TPU的加入降低了POM/TPU的結(jié)晶度,對(duì)POM有良好的低溫增韌作用。
[Abstract]:Polyformaldehyde (POM) / thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) composites were prepared by melt blending. The embrittlement temperature of (DSC), was measured by differential scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The relationship between the amount of TPU and the crystallinity and low temperature properties of POM composites was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM),). The results show that with the increase of TPU content, the toughness of POM/TPU composites increases at room temperature and low temperature.
