Ti-C纖維金屬層壓板自由振動(dòng)試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:為研究由鈦合金和碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料交替鋪設(shè)而成的Ti-C纖維金屬層壓板(FMLs)的制備及自由振動(dòng),首先,使用有限元分析軟件MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN對(duì)不同尺寸Ti-C FMLs的自由振動(dòng)進(jìn)行了二維有限元建模計(jì)算,確定了尺寸效應(yīng)對(duì)FMLs固有頻率的影響;然后,采用電磁激振器和非接觸式激光掃描儀進(jìn)行自由振動(dòng)試驗(yàn),比較了數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果;最后,計(jì)算了相同尺寸的純碳纖維復(fù)合材料層壓板和不同鈦合金層壓板層數(shù)的Ti-C FMLs的固有頻率,研究了鈦合金層壓板層數(shù)對(duì)FMLs固有頻率的影響。結(jié)果顯示:試件的尺寸越小,固有頻率的計(jì)算誤差越大,即當(dāng)結(jié)構(gòu)面內(nèi)尺寸相對(duì)于厚度的倍數(shù)較小時(shí),模型的計(jì)算誤差大;數(shù)值仿真結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果總體吻合較好,有限元模型有效;FMLs的固有頻率隨著鈦合金層壓板層數(shù)的增加而減少。所得結(jié)論可為提高Ti-C FMLs自由振動(dòng)的可設(shè)計(jì)性提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to study the preparation and free vibration of Ti-C fiber metal laminates made of titanium alloy and carbon fiber reinforced composites, firstly, the two-dimensional finite element modeling calculation of the free vibration of Ti-C FMLs with different sizes was carried out by using the finite element analysis software MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN, and the influence of size effect on the natural frequency of FMLs was determined. Then, the free vibration test was carried out by electromagnetic exciter and contactless laser scanner, and the numerical simulation results and test results were compared. finally, the natural frequencies of Ti-C FMLs with the same size of pure carbon fiber composite laminate and different number of titanium alloy laminates were calculated, and the effect of the lamination number of titanium alloy laminate on the natural frequency of FMLs was studied. The results show that the smaller the size of the specimen is, the greater the calculation error of natural frequency is, that is, when the in-plane size of the structure is smaller than the multiple of thickness, the calculation error of the model is large, the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, the finite element model is effective, and the natural frequency of FMLs decreases with the increase of the number of titanium alloy laminates. The conclusion can be used as a reference for improving the design of free vibration of Ti-C FMLs.
