金屬基復(fù)合材料夏比沖擊試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的影響因素與不確定度研究

【摘要】:本文主要介紹了金屬基復(fù)合材料夏比沖擊試驗(yàn)的兩種方法,包括普通沖擊試驗(yàn)方法和儀器化沖擊試驗(yàn)方法。通過闡述兩種方法和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并從金屬基復(fù)合材料本身、試樣制備加工、沖擊試驗(yàn)設(shè)備以及試驗(yàn)操作等方面對影響沖擊試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的因素進(jìn)行分析討論,最后對沖擊試驗(yàn)結(jié)果不確定度的評定方法進(jìn)行介紹,為夏比沖擊試驗(yàn)的應(yīng)用以及沖擊結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確獲得提供一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, two methods of Charpy impact test for metal matrix composites are introduced, including ordinary impact test method and instrumental impact test method. By expounding the two methods, their advantages and disadvantages, the factors affecting the impact test results are analyzed and discussed from the aspects of metal matrix composites themselves, sample preparation and processing, impact test equipment and test operation. Finally, the evaluation method of uncertainty of impact test results is introduced, which provides certain guidance for the application of Charpy impact test and the accurate acquisition of impact results.
