氟氮摻雜的有序介孔碳材料合成實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用硬模板法,使用價(jià)格低廉的間苯二酚作為炭前驅(qū)體,采用氟化銨作為氟氮來源,合成氟氮摻雜的有序介孔碳(F-N-OMC)。在1 000℃時(shí)制備的氟氮摻雜的有序介孔碳材料中,大量的氟氮原子(F原子數(shù)分?jǐn)?shù)為0.35%,N為2.25%)均勻注入到高表面積的石墨化碳基體(671.3cm~2/g)和有序介孔通道內(nèi)(6.2nm)。碳骨架內(nèi)的氟氮原子的合成效果可以顯著地極化相鄰碳原子,并推動由缺陷引發(fā)的氧還原反應(yīng)活性部位的形成。這將有助于氧還原反應(yīng)性能的提高,因此氟氮摻雜的介孔碳材料有望成為高效的氧還原反應(yīng)催化劑。
