Ni的含量對(duì)TiC基復(fù)合陶瓷材料微觀組織及力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:金屬燒結(jié)劑選擇Ni和Co,采用真空熱壓燒結(jié)技術(shù),在1500℃下制備了TiC基復(fù)合陶瓷材料。研究了該復(fù)合材料的微觀組織和力學(xué)性能。結(jié)果表明:隨著Ni含量的增加,該材料微觀組織中的缺陷先減少后增多,硬度、抗彎強(qiáng)度和斷裂韌度先增大后減小;當(dāng)Ni含量為10 wt%時(shí),微觀組織好、力學(xué)性能良好,此時(shí)該材料的硬度為(18.2±0.6)GPa,抗彎強(qiáng)度為(955.7±11.2)MPa,斷裂韌性為(13.5±0.3)MPa·m~(1/2)。
