場致電阻材料在強電磁脈沖防護中的應(yīng)用展望

【摘要】:為同時實現(xiàn)電子信息裝備正常電磁環(huán)境下工作和強電磁脈沖下電磁防護的雙重功能,介紹了一種在電磁場下具有變阻抗特性的智能電磁防護材料,場致電阻材料.該防護材料利用其在強電磁場下發(fā)生絕緣體/導(dǎo)體相變的特性,可以實現(xiàn)在強電磁脈沖輻射下防護材料由高阻抗向低阻抗的轉(zhuǎn)變.場致電阻材料用于電磁防護具有電磁能量選擇特性,對于低功率的安全電磁波可以高效透射,而對高功率的電磁脈沖則有效屏蔽,從而達到快速感知電磁環(huán)境變化并迅速調(diào)節(jié)電磁性能的要求.介紹了幾種場致電阻材料,分析了其在電磁脈沖防護領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)缺點,并對未來強電磁脈沖防護材料的發(fā)展進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the dual functions of electronic information equipment working in normal electromagnetic environment and electromagnetic protection under strong electromagnetic pulse at the same time, an intelligent electromagnetic protection material and field resistance material with variable impedance under electromagnetic field are introduced. The protective material can realize the transformation from high impedance to low impedance under strong electromagnetic pulse radiation by using the characteristic of insulator / conductor phase transition in strong electric magnetic field. The field resistance material used in electromagnetic protection has the characteristics of electromagnetic energy selection, which can be transmitted efficiently for the safe electromagnetic wave with low power, and effectively shielded against the high power electromagnetic pulse. In order to achieve the requirements of quickly sensing the change of electromagnetic environment and rapidly adjusting the electromagnetic performance. This paper introduces several kinds of field resistance materials, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in the field of electromagnetic pulse protection, and looks forward to the development of strong electromagnetic pulse protection materials in the future.
