聚乙烯吡咯烷酮納米銀熒光增強(qiáng)測定番茄紅素

【摘要】:合成了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮納米銀,研究了番茄紅素對(duì)聚乙烯吡咯烷酮納米銀體系的熒光增強(qiáng)效應(yīng)?疾炝司彌_體系、納米銀用量、聚乙二醇濃度、反應(yīng)時(shí)間和溫度等因素的影響,建立了測定番茄紅素的新方法。在最佳條件下,體系的相對(duì)熒光強(qiáng)度與番茄紅素濃度呈良好的線性關(guān)系,其線性范圍為2.0×10-6~8.0×10-5 mol/L,檢出限為1.6×10-8 mol/L。方法應(yīng)用于實(shí)際樣品檢測,回收率為98.29%~109.36%。
[Abstract]:Polyvinylpyrrolidone nano-silver was synthesized and the fluorescence enhancement effect of lycopene on polyvinylpyrrolidone nano-silver system was studied. The effects of buffer system, nano-silver dosage, polyethylene glycol concentration, reaction time and temperature on the determination of lycopene were investigated, and a new method for the determination of lycopene was established. Under the optimum conditions, the relative fluorescence intensity of the system has a good linear relationship with lycopene concentration, and the linear range is 2.0 脳 10 脳 6 脳 8 脳 10 脳 5 mol/L,. The detection limit is 1.6 脳 10 脳 8 mol/L.. The method has been applied to the detection of practical samples with a recovery of 98.29% 鈮,
