木粉包覆及其對阻燃木塑復合材料的研究

【摘要】:首先對木粉進行了密胺包覆改性,并采用紅外光譜、掃描電鏡和熱重等手段對包覆木粉進行了結(jié)構(gòu)表征,結(jié)果表明木粉被成功包覆。其次將包覆后的木粉添加到聚乙烯中制備成無鹵阻燃木塑復合材料,并討論了不同條件對木塑復合材料阻燃和力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明當木塑比為1.6∶1(質(zhì)量比),復配阻燃劑配比氫氧化鎂∶氫氧化鋁∶紅磷=2∶1∶1時,此時拉伸強度為9.84MPa,斷裂伸長率為3.01%,沖擊強度達到2.54kJ/m2,氧指數(shù)為30.5。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the wood flour was coated with dense amine, and the structure of the coated wood powder was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis. The results showed that the wood flour was successfully coated. Secondly, halogen-free flame retardant wood-plastic composites were prepared by adding coated wood powder to polyethylene, and the effects of different conditions on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites were discussed.
