耐溫型近紅外低反射與8~14μm低發(fā)射率兼容涂層的制備及性能表征

【摘要】:以青銅粉、Sm_2O_3為顏料,環(huán)氧改性有機硅為粘合劑,采用噴涂法制備了青銅-Sm_2O_3/環(huán)氧改性有機硅復合涂層。系統(tǒng)研究了熱處理溫度及熱處理時間對所制備涂層外觀、微結(jié)構(gòu)、近紅外反射率、紅外發(fā)射率及力學性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:青銅-Sm_2O_3/環(huán)氧改性有機硅復合涂層最高可耐受溫度可達到300℃,在300℃下熱處理5h后,涂層外觀、微結(jié)構(gòu)基本保持不變,發(fā)射率和1.06μm近紅外反射率可分別低至0.590和57.4%,力學性能保持完好,硬度、附著力和耐沖擊強度可分別保持在4H、1級和50kg·cm。所制備涂層在250℃下可長時間使用,在250℃下熱處理100h后,涂層外觀、微結(jié)構(gòu)仍然保持不變,發(fā)射率和1.06μm近紅外反射率可分別低至0.558和59.3%,力學性能保持完好,硬度、附著力和耐沖擊強度可分別保持在4H、1級和50kg·cm。
[Abstract]:Bronze-Sm_2O_3/ epoxy modified organosilicon composite coating was prepared by spraying method using bronze powder, Sm_2O_3 as pigment and epoxy modified silicone as binder. The effects of heat treatment temperature and time on the appearance, microstructure, near infrared reflectivity, infrared emissivity and mechanical properties of the coatings were systematically studied.
