炭纖維表面原位反應(yīng)制備TaC涂層及其形成機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:以金屬鉭粉為鉭源,采用原位反應(yīng)法在炭纖維表面成功制備出連續(xù)的TaC涂層,研究了涂層炭纖維的相組成、微觀形貌和抗氧化性能,并探究了炭纖維表面連續(xù)TaC涂層的形成機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,在溫度為1000~1400℃時(shí)能在炭纖維表面制備出TaC涂層,反應(yīng)溫度和時(shí)間顯著影響涂層厚度以及涂層與炭纖維基體的結(jié)合性能;反應(yīng)溫度為1200℃時(shí)制備的涂層均勻致密,與炭纖維基體結(jié)合較好,涂覆TaC涂層后炭纖維的起始氧化溫度提高了200℃。從動(dòng)力學(xué)角度分析了TaC涂層的生長(zhǎng)機(jī)理,結(jié)果表明Ta原子沿炭纖維軸向發(fā)生表面擴(kuò)散,Ta原子的表面擴(kuò)散行為是連續(xù)TaC涂層形成的關(guān)鍵因素。
[Abstract]:Continuous TaC coating was successfully prepared on the surface of carbon fiber by in situ reaction using tantalum powder as tantalum source. The phase composition, microstructure and oxidation resistance of coated carbon fiber were studied. The formation mechanism of continuous TaC coating on the surface of carbon fiber was also investigated.
