納米纖維素丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯復(fù)合材料的特性

【摘要】:為了改善納米纖維素晶須(CNC)在非親水性樹脂中應(yīng)用時分散困難、熱分解溫度低、與基體相容性較差等缺點,將冷凍干燥的納米纖維素在高聚物的有機(jī)溶液中預(yù)先包覆,然后與苯乙烯-丁二烯-丙烯腈樹脂(ABS)、馬來酸酐接枝聚乙烯在擠出機(jī)內(nèi)熔融共混制成ABS/CNC復(fù)合材料。通過掃描電鏡(SEM)、熱重分析測試(TGA)、拉伸性能測試等手段對復(fù)合材料進(jìn)行性能表征。SEM觀察發(fā)現(xiàn)CNC是以層狀納米片的形式均勻地與ABS復(fù)合;力學(xué)性能測試表明,接枝聚乙烯的加入有利于改進(jìn)CNC與ABS的界面相容性,與純ABS相比,添加0.7%CNC的復(fù)合材料其拉伸強(qiáng)度提高了156%,彈性模量提高了52%。TGA測試結(jié)果表明,CNC的熱分解溫度由211℃提高到263℃,大大改善了CNC在聚合物加工過程中的溫度適應(yīng)性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the disadvantages of nano-cellulose whisker (CNC) in the application of non-hydrophilic resin, such as difficult dispersion, low thermal decomposition temperature and poor compatibility with matrix, freeze-dried nano-cellulose was pre-coated in organic solution of polymer. Then ABS/CNC composites were prepared by melt blending with styrene-butadiene-acrylonitrile resin (ABS), maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene in an extruder. The tensile properties of (TGA), composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),) thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA). It was found that CNC composite with ABS in the form of lamellar nano-sheets. Mechanical properties tests show that the addition of grafted polyethylene is beneficial to improve the interfacial compatibility of CNC and ABS. Compared with pure ABS, the tensile strength of the composites added with 0.7%CNC is increased by 156%. The results of 52%.TGA test showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of CNC was increased from 211 鈩,
