廢舊毛巾增強熱固性復(fù)合材料的制備與力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:在紡織行業(yè)原料日益縮減、紡織產(chǎn)品使用范圍不斷擴大而使用周期卻大大縮短的今天,大量完好的織物、服裝以垃圾的形式存在于我們的地球,將這些廢舊紡織品加以回收利用已成為解決這一問題行之有效的關(guān)鍵方法。 毛巾作為日常生活中最常見的織物,無論是家庭生活,,還是各種賓館、理發(fā)店等,毛巾的使用量都是龐大的,且健康的毛巾使用要求是三個月更新一次,因此廢舊毛巾的數(shù)量是龐大的。本文以廢舊毛巾作為研究對象,致力于尋求廢舊毛巾的回收再利用方法。 通過對廢舊紡織品處理現(xiàn)狀及再利用情況的了解,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的廢舊紡織品基本按照“廢舊紡織品-再生纖維-產(chǎn)品”的回收再利用工藝路線進行加工處理,此加工路線存在流程長,生產(chǎn)成本高,涉及較多的機械加工,對再生纖維的性能損傷較大等問題。故本文使用手糊成型復(fù)合材料加工方法對廢舊毛巾進行加工利用,以達到縮短工藝流程、降低加工成本和減少毛巾的性能損傷的目的。毛巾絕大多數(shù)都以天然棉纖維為原料,具有成本低、可降解等優(yōu)點,且表面毛圈密集,吸水儲水性好,能很好的與樹脂浸潤,有利于復(fù)合材料的成型。 本文的研究內(nèi)容主要有:(1)廢舊毛巾的前處理工藝及組織和性能參數(shù)測試。設(shè)計廢舊毛巾前處理工藝流程,使廢舊毛巾進過簡單化學(xué)處理達到復(fù)合材料增強織物要求。并對其組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能進行測試。(2)復(fù)合材料試樣制備。以熱固性樹脂-不飽和聚酯樹脂為基體,通過手糊成型法將其與廢舊毛巾織物復(fù)合成型,探討成型工藝及復(fù)合材料質(zhì)量控制,并計算制備獲得試樣的纖維體積含量。(3)復(fù)合材料試樣的拉伸性能研究。本文分別測試三種完整織物和三種拼接織物增強復(fù)合材料的經(jīng)、緯向拉伸性能,并對比分析其拉伸載荷-伸長曲線、比強度和比模量及拉伸破壞模式等拉伸性能參數(shù),研究增強織物的不同和增強織物的拼接處理對試樣拉伸性能的影響。(4)復(fù)合材料試樣的彎曲性能研究。研究方法與拉伸性能的研究相似。 結(jié)果表明:毛巾織物結(jié)構(gòu)松軟、毛圈豐滿,能與不飽和聚酯樹脂進行很好的浸潤復(fù)合;以手糊成型法制備毛巾/不飽和聚酯樹脂復(fù)合材料,能獲得成型良好、結(jié)構(gòu)均勻無氣泡的試樣;通過拉伸和彎曲性能測試,可知試樣具有較優(yōu)的拉伸和彎曲性能,且拉伸破壞為脆性破壞;毛巾的拼接處理,使得試樣的彎曲破壞形式由脆性破壞變?yōu)轫g性破壞,并使試樣的拉伸性能和彎曲性能都出現(xiàn)大幅度下降;增強織物毛圈組織不同對拉伸性能無明顯影響,但對彎曲性能有影響。 本文的研究工作,為以后廢舊毛巾的復(fù)合材料回收利用法及實際應(yīng)用提供了一定的參考數(shù)據(jù),具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:As the raw materials of the textile industry are shrinking day by day, and the scope of use of textile products continues to expand and the life cycle of textile products is greatly shortened, a large number of intact fabrics and garments exist on our planet in the form of garbage. The recycling of these waste textiles has become an effective and effective method to solve this problem. Towel as the most common fabric in daily life, whether it is family life, or various hotels, barbershops, etc., the use of towels is huge, and the healthy use of towels is required to be updated every three months. So the amount of waste towels is huge. This article takes waste towel as the research object, devotes to seeking the recycling method of the waste towel. Through the understanding of the present situation and reuse of waste textiles, it is found that the existing waste textiles are basically processed according to the recycling and reuse process of "waste textiles-recycled fibers-products". This process has many problems, such as long process, high production cost, more mechanical processing, and greater damage to the properties of regenerated fibers. In order to shorten the technological process, reduce the processing cost and reduce the damage to the performance of towels, this paper uses hand paste composite material processing method to process waste towels. Most towels take natural cotton fiber as raw material and have the advantages of low cost and biodegradability, and the surface wool ring is dense, the water absorption and storage is good, and it can be well impregnated with resin, which is beneficial to the molding of composite materials. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) pre-treatment technology, microstructure and properties of waste towels. The pre-treatment process of waste towels was designed to make the waste towels get simple chemical treatment to meet the requirements of composite reinforced fabrics. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were tested. (2) the composite samples were prepared. Using thermosetting resin-unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, hand paste molding method was used to compound it with waste towel fabric, and the molding technology and the quality control of composite material were discussed. The fiber volume content of the obtained sample was calculated. (3) the tensile properties of the composite sample were studied. In this paper, the warp and weft tensile properties of three kinds of intact fabric and three kinds of stitched fabric reinforced composites were tested, and the tensile load-elongation curve, specific strength, specific modulus and tensile failure mode of the composites were compared and analyzed. The effects of different reinforcing fabrics and splicing treatment on tensile properties of reinforced fabrics were studied. (4) bending properties of composite samples were studied. The method of study is similar to that of tensile properties. The results show that the structure of towel fabric is soft, the wool circle is plump, and the towel fabric can be well infiltrated and composite with unsaturated polyester resin. The towels / unsaturated polyester resin composites were prepared by hand paste molding method, and the well-formed samples with uniform structure and no bubbles were obtained. Through the test of tensile and bending properties, it is known that the tensile and bending properties of the specimen are better, and the tensile failure is brittle failure. The splicing treatment of towels makes the bending failure form of the specimen change from brittle failure to ductile failure, and the tensile and bending properties of the specimen decrease greatly. There is no obvious effect on the tensile properties of the reinforced fabrics, but the bending properties are affected by the different structure of the wool rings of the reinforced fabrics. The research work in this paper provides some reference data for the recycling and utilization of waste towels in the future and its practical application, which has certain guiding significance.
