特異潤濕型油水分離材料的研究進展

【摘要】:近年來,海上石油泄漏事故和各種含油有害污水排放日益頻繁,不僅造成了嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境污染,同時也危及到人類健康。因此,如何高效分離油水混合物成為當(dāng)前材料學(xué)領(lǐng)域一個亟待解決的問題和研究熱點。目前,具有被油或水所選擇性潤濕的特異浸潤性材料已被廣泛應(yīng)用于油水分離,它們具有高效的油水分離效果,應(yīng)用前景相當(dāng)廣闊。綜述了近年來各類新型、高效的特異潤濕型油水分離材料的制備方法及其吸油能力、分離效率以及重復(fù)使用性能,總結(jié)了油水分離材料領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀及尚待解決的難點,同時也展望了該領(lǐng)域未來研究的熱點及發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the accidents of offshore oil spills and the discharge of various kinds of oily sewage become more and more frequent, which not only cause serious environmental pollution, but also endanger human health. Therefore, how to efficiently separate oil-water mixtures has become an urgent problem and research hotspot in the field of material science. At present, specific wetting materials, which are selectively wetted by oil or water, have been widely used in oil-water separation. They have high efficiency in oil-water separation and have a wide application prospect. In this paper, the preparation methods, oil absorption capacity, separation efficiency and reuse performance of various new and highly specific wetting oil-water separation materials in recent years are reviewed. The present research situation and the difficulties to be solved in the field of oil-water separation materials are summarized, and the problems to be solved in the field of oil-water separation materials are summarized. At the same time, it also looks forward to the hot spot and development direction of the future research in this field.
