軟模板法制備鈀及其復(fù)合納米材料和其催化性能的研究

【摘要】:納米材料由于自身的優(yōu)異性能吸引了眾多研究者的目光。在各種制備納米材料的方法中,軟模板法得到了非常廣泛的應(yīng)用。該方法不僅能夠有效調(diào)控納米材料的形貌和尺寸,還因?yàn)槟0遄陨淼膭恿W(xué)特性,能夠制備出具有特異形狀的納米材料。Pd在催化領(lǐng)域有著非常重要的應(yīng)用,一系列Pd及其復(fù)合納米材料已經(jīng)被制備出來,并廣泛應(yīng)用到各類催化反應(yīng)中。本論文利用軟模板法可控制備出多種高性能的Pd及其復(fù)合納米材料,并詳細(xì)研究了這些材料的催化性能。本論文主要包括以下三部分內(nèi)容:1.利用羅丹明B(RB)與Na2PdCl4因靜電相互作用而形成的RB-PdCl42-復(fù)合物為犧牲模板,在室溫條件下以NaBH4為還原劑,通過一步簡單的軟模板法成功制備出Pd空心納米球,,并將其用于電催化氧化甲酸和甲醇;2.以RB-PdCl42-復(fù)合物為犧牲模板,以EDOT單體為還原劑,在80°C的條件下通過二者之間的氧化還原反應(yīng),一步法成功制備出PEDOT/Pd復(fù)合空心納米球,并將其用于類過氧化物酶催化反應(yīng);3.利用十六烷基三甲基溴化銨(CTAB)與Na2PdCl4因靜電相互作用而形成的層狀結(jié)構(gòu)的(CTA)2PdBr4復(fù)合物為犧牲模板,在90°C的條件下,通過模板和聚合物單體之間的一步氧化還原反應(yīng),成功制備了導(dǎo)電高分子/Pd復(fù)合納米環(huán),并詳細(xì)研究了聚吡咯(PPy)/Pd復(fù)合納米環(huán)對對硝基苯酚還原的催化性能。
[Abstract]:Nanomaterials have attracted the attention of many researchers because of their excellent performance. Soft template method has been widely used in various methods of preparing nano-materials. This method not only can effectively control the morphology and size of nano-materials, but also can produce nano-materials with special shape because of the kinetic properties of the template itself. PD has a very important application in the field of catalysis. A series of Pd and its composite nano-materials have been prepared and widely used in various catalytic reactions. In this paper, many kinds of high performance Pd and its composite nano-materials were prepared by soft template method, and their catalytic properties were studied in detail. This paper mainly includes the following three parts: 1. Pd hollow nanospheres were successfully prepared by one-step soft template method using Rhodamine B (RB) / Na2PdCl4 RB-PdCl42- complex formed by electrostatic interaction as sacrificial template and NaBH4 as reducing agent at room temperature. It was used for electrocatalytic oxidation of formic acid and methanol. 2. Using RB-PdCl42- complex as sacrificial template and EDOT monomer as reducing agent, PEDOT/Pd composite hollow nanospheres were prepared by one-step method through the redox reaction between the two under the condition of 80 擄C. It was used in the catalytic reaction of peroxidase-like enzyme. 3. A layered (CTA) 2PdBr4 complex formed by electrostatic interaction between cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and Na2PdCl4 was used as a sacrificial template. At 90 擄C, a one-step redox reaction between the template and the polymer monomer was carried out. The conductive polymer / Pd composite nano-ring was successfully prepared and the catalytic performance of polypyrrole (PPy) / Pd composite nano-ring p-nitrophenol reduction was studied in detail.
