碳鋼-黃銅-不銹鋼瞬間液相擴(kuò)散結(jié)合區(qū)組織與性能

【摘要】:采用OM、SEM、EDS、EPMA、顯微硬度和剪切試驗(yàn)等方法,研究了H62黃銅中間層20鋼/304不銹鋼瞬間液相擴(kuò)散結(jié)合區(qū)組織與性能。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)合區(qū)發(fā)生Fe、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn原子互擴(kuò)散,異種金屬界面獲得良好的冶金結(jié)合,抗剪強(qiáng)度可達(dá)到270 MPa以上;碳鋼/黃銅界面有含Cr、Cu、Ni、Zn的"島狀"富鐵相形成,擴(kuò)散溫度由950℃增加至1100℃,島狀組織形態(tài)由不連續(xù)狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檫B續(xù)狀,并向黃銅中間層中生長,隨著擴(kuò)散時(shí)間的延長,貫穿于中間層,使結(jié)合區(qū)硬度增加,抗剪強(qiáng)度提高;950℃擴(kuò)散復(fù)合,碳鋼/黃銅界面有鉻碳化物形成,剪切斷裂發(fā)生該處,斷口呈脆性穿晶斷裂;1100℃擴(kuò)散復(fù)合,碳鋼/黃銅界面無鉻碳化物形成,剪切斷裂發(fā)生在黃銅/不銹鋼界面,斷口呈韌性斷裂。
[Abstract]:The microstructure and properties of transient liquid diffusion bonding zone of H62 brass interlayer 20 steel / 304 stainless steel were studied by means of OM,SEM,EDS,EPMA, microhardness and shear test. The results show that the interdiffusion of Fe,Cr,Ni,Cu,Zn atoms occurs in the bonding region, and good metallurgical bonding is obtained at the interface of dissimilar metals, and the shear strength is over 270MPa.
