基于離散元方法的瀝青混合料力鏈演化及分布量化分析

【摘要】:為了研究瀝青混合料內(nèi)部顆粒間力鏈的演化及分布規(guī)律,以AC-13瀝青混合料作為研究對象,利用離散元方法重構(gòu)瀝青混合料數(shù)字試件,模擬簡單性能試驗(yàn),提取試件內(nèi)部顆粒間的力鏈信息進(jìn)行力鏈演化、概率分布和角度分布分析。結(jié)果表明,通過比較預(yù)測結(jié)果和實(shí)測結(jié)果,基于離散元方法重構(gòu)的AC-13瀝青混合料細(xì)觀模型用于模擬其細(xì)觀力學(xué)特性是可行的。試件內(nèi)部力鏈空間分布具有各向異性,以垂直方向的壓力力鏈為主,承受大部分的半正弦荷載。法向力鏈概率分布隨加載時間的變化規(guī)律基本一致,法向接觸力與平均法向接觸力比值f最小時,概率分布出現(xiàn)最大值,f=1.75時,概率分布再次達(dá)到峰值,然后逐漸減小并趨于穩(wěn)定。法向力鏈角度分布主要位于90°和270°附近,第一、二象限的角度分布比例遠(yuǎn)大于第三、四象限,60~120°、30~150°中法向力鏈角度分布比例均大于70%,最小為72.733%。
[Abstract]:In order to study the evolution and distribution of the inter-particle force chain in asphalt mixture, AC-13 asphalt mixture is taken as the research object, the digital specimen of asphalt mixture is reconstructed by discrete element method, and the simple performance test is simulated. The force chain evolution, probability distribution and angle distribution were analyzed by extracting the information of force chain between particles. The results show that the meso-model of AC-13 asphalt mixture reconstructed based on discrete element method is feasible to simulate the meso-mechanical properties of asphalt mixture by comparing the prediction results with the measured results. The spatial distribution of the force chain in the specimen is anisotropic, mainly in the vertical direction of the pressure chain, bearing most of the semi-sinusoidal load. The probability distribution of normal force chain is basically consistent with the loading time. The ratio of normal contact force to average normal contact force f is the smallest, and the probability distribution reaches the maximum value. When f is 1.75, the probability distribution reaches its peak again. Then gradually decrease and tend to stabilize. The angle distribution of the normal force chain is mainly in the vicinity of 90 擄and 270 擄. The proportion of angle distribution in the first and second quadrant is much larger than that in the third quadrant, the fourth quadrant, the angle distribution proportion of the normal force chain in the range of 60 擄120 擄and 30 擄150 擄are all more than 70% and the minimum is 72.733%.
