復合材料帽型加筋壁板的失效機制分析與改進設計

【摘要】:為了準確預測復合材料帽型加筋壁板的后屈曲承載能力,針對壓縮載荷下筋條端頭斜削的復合材料帽型加筋壁板結構的失效機制及失效載荷進行了研究。首先利用物理試驗,研究了端頭斜削的復合材料帽型加筋壁板失效過程,然后構建了考慮蒙皮/緣條膠接界面以及復合材料層板失效的非線性損傷分析模型,詳細地研究了損傷起始、擴展和失效的全過程。在此基礎上,提出了包覆層對蒙皮/緣條界面進行增強的設計方案,并基于數(shù)值仿真和試驗研究了包覆層對復合材料帽型壁板的破壞模式和承載能力的影響。數(shù)值分析和試驗結果表明,包覆層設計能夠明顯提高結構的屈曲載荷和后屈曲承載能力,分析結果與試驗值吻合良好,且預測的破壞模式也與試驗結果一致。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately predict the post-buckling bearing capacity of composite cap-type stiffened panels, the failure mechanism and failure loads of composite cap-type stiffened panels subjected to compression loads were studied. In this paper, the failure process of composite cap stiffened panels with end slanting is studied by physical experiments, and then a nonlinear damage analysis model considering the failure of skin / edge bonding interface and composite laminate is constructed. The whole process of damage initiation, extension and failure is studied in detail. On the basis of this, a design scheme for strengthening the skin / edge interface by cladding is proposed. Based on numerical simulation and experiments, the influence of cladding layer on the failure mode and load-bearing capacity of composite cap-shaped panels is studied. The results of numerical analysis and test show that the buckling load and post-buckling bearing capacity of the structure can be obviously improved by the cladding design. The analytical results are in good agreement with the experimental values, and the predicted failure mode is also consistent with the experimental results.
