耐酸堿、耐高溫的疏水親油型油水分離材料的制備及表征

【摘要】:將芳綸紙?jiān)谫|(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為20%的N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶液中浸泡15min后取出,然后采用噴槍在處理好的芳綸紙表面噴涂聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)納米顆粒,構(gòu)造粘附力強(qiáng)的納米級(jí)粗糙表面,制備出疏水親油型油水分離材料。結(jié)果顯示,該涂層材料在高溫280℃高溫下處理0.5h,其接觸角仍在125°以上;在強(qiáng)酸強(qiáng)堿環(huán)境下,該芳綸紙仍能保持135°左右的水接觸角。通過(guò)油水分離實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,該材料可有效分離輕油、重油(相對(duì)于水),分離效率高達(dá)99%以上,具有極其廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The aramid paper was immersed in 20% N, N-dimethylacetamide (N-dimethylacetamide) solution and then taken out. Then, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nanoparticles were sprayed on the surface of treated aramid paper by spray gun, and then polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) nanoparticles were sprayed on the surface of treated aramid paper. Hydrophobic and lipophilic oil-water separation materials were prepared by constructing nano-scale rough surface with strong adhesion power. The results show that the contact angle of the coating material is still above 125 擄after being treated at 280 鈩,
