環(huán)保型溴系阻燃劑在ABS復(fù)合材料中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:分別采用十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)、四溴雙酚A(TBBA)、溴代三嗪(Br N)為阻燃劑和三氧化二銻、氫氧化鋁、硅酮粉、抗滴落劑等協(xié)效阻燃劑復(fù)配,與丙烯腈 丁二烯 苯乙烯塑料(ABS)通過熔融共混擠出制備阻燃ABS復(fù)合材料,對比了這3種阻燃劑對復(fù)合材料阻燃性能、力學性能、熔體流動性能和熱性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,添加質(zhì)量分數(shù)為8%的DBDPE即可使ABS復(fù)合材料垂直燃燒等級達到V 0級,熱變形溫度達到74.3℃,但DBDPE對復(fù)合材料拉伸、沖擊性能及熔體流動性能有較大的負面影響;當3種阻燃劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)均為12%時,添加Br N的復(fù)合材料的垂直燃燒等級達到V 0級,缺口沖擊強度和熱變形溫度最高,分別為27.0 k J/m2和74.7℃,熱穩(wěn)定性最好,但拉伸和彎曲強度較低,在相同阻燃劑用量下,添加TBBA的復(fù)合材料拉伸、彎曲強度和MFR最大,分別為41.6,60.5 MPa和22.3 g/10 min,但其垂直燃燒等級僅為V 1級。
[Abstract]:Decabromodiphenyl ethane (DBDPE),) tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBA),) bromotriazine (Br N) was used as flame retardant and antimony trioxide, aluminum hydroxide, silicone powder, anti-dropping agent and other synergistic flame retardants were used as flame retardants. Flame retardant ABS composites were prepared by melt blending extrusion with acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) plastics. The effects of these three flame retardants on the flame retardant properties, mechanical properties, melt flow properties and thermal properties of the composites were compared. The results show that the vertical combustion grade and thermal deformation temperature of ABS composites can reach V ~ 0 and 74.3 鈩,
