可逆感溫變色絕緣材料的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:采用兩步法制備了可逆感溫變色絕緣材料,探討了乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)/三元乙丙橡膠(EPDM)比例以及過氧化二異丙苯(DCP)的添加量對(duì)絕緣材料可逆變色性能、力學(xué)性能、硬度和電學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,添加質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為1%的感溫變色粉所制備的絕緣材料在75℃時(shí)均可實(shí)現(xiàn)由黃色到白色的反復(fù)可逆變色。絕緣材料的硬度隨EPDM含量增加而下降,表面電阻率和體積電阻率隨DCP含量增加而上升,當(dāng)POE/EPDM比例為70/30及DCP質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2%時(shí),絕緣材料的綜合力學(xué)性能最佳。
[Abstract]:Reversible temperature-sensitive discoloration insulating materials were prepared by two-step method. The reversible chromotropic properties of ethylene-octene copolymer (POE) / ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) ratio and the addition of diisopropylbenzene peroxide (DCP) to the insulating materials were investigated. Effects of mechanical properties, hardness and electrical properties. The results show that the insulating materials prepared by adding 1% temperature sensitive discoloration powder with mass fraction of 1% can achieve repeated reversible color change from yellow to white at 75 鈩,
