密度驅(qū)動(dòng)的非均勻點(diǎn)陣填充建模研究
[Abstract]:It is a widely accepted and developing method to use lattice instead of solid material to lighten parts. Compared with uniform lattice, nonuniform lattice can improve the efficiency of lightweight. Based on the research of the existing lattice structure modeling techniques and the topological optimization results and point cloud data processing, a density driven non-uniform lattice structure modeling scheme is proposed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. A design method of lattice configuration based on 3D topological relative density data is proposed. The corresponding relationship between lattice parameters and relative density is established, and several typical lattice structures are illustrated. 2. According to the distribution characteristics of density point cloud and the geometric characteristics of filling region in lattice modeling, a point cloud processing scheme is proposed, which completes the simplification, coordinate transformation and extraction of contour and feature points. This paper presents a new solution to the initial point selection and contour retrieval pattern of clustering. 3. The modular modeling idea of lattice unit structure is proposed, and the self-definition model of the unit is constructed based on this. The typical lattice structure is redesigned and the unit parameter information is encapsulated to realize the automatic calculation of the datum shape and position parameter. 4. Combining with the reference solution and the reconstruction of the lattice element, an automatic modeling scheme is proposed. The rapid generation of nonuniform lattice model is realized by parameter customization. 5. By analyzing the defects of existing lattice processing software, an improved idea is put forward. Combined with dot matrix unit module and point cloud processing data, the second development of Creo is carried out by using Pro/Toolkit, and the automatic modeling plug-in of dot matrix is written. The parameter list import and structure automatic generation are realized. Finally, the feasibility of the scheme is verified by taking the connecting rod under static load as an example.
