網(wǎng)狀增強(qiáng)相纖維棒幾何建模及彈性性能研究

【摘要】:以網(wǎng)狀增強(qiáng)相纖維棒為研究對(duì)象,采用單胞幾何模型分析法將該纖維棒的整體結(jié)構(gòu)分為內(nèi)部單胞、外部單胞等類型,并分別建立了內(nèi)單胞、外單胞的力學(xué)模型。研究結(jié)果表明:基于等應(yīng)變-應(yīng)力混合平均思想并結(jié)合橋聯(lián)模型,可計(jì)算出復(fù)合材料內(nèi)外不同結(jié)構(gòu)的有效工程彈性常數(shù)。該方法可有效分析不同結(jié)構(gòu)組成的纖維復(fù)合材料內(nèi)部纖維束的排列方式、外部增強(qiáng)相各參數(shù)[如編織角、纖維束截面和纖維體積分?jǐn)?shù)等]之間的關(guān)系、纖維體積分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)纖維復(fù)合材料工程彈性常數(shù)的影響規(guī)律等,通過對(duì)比仿真結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該方法在預(yù)測(cè)不同結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)合材料彈性性能方面是可行的。
[Abstract]:The whole structure of the fiber rod was divided into internal unit cell and external unit cell by using the method of unit cell geometric model analysis. The mechanical models of internal unit cell and external unit cell were established respectively. The results show that the effective engineering elastic constants of different structures inside and outside the composite can be calculated based on the idea of equal strain-stress mixing average and the bridge model. This method can effectively analyze the arrangement of fiber bundles in fiber composites with different structures, and the relationship between the parameters of external reinforcement phase, such as braiding angle, fiber bundle cross-section and fiber volume fraction, etc. The effects of fiber volume fraction on the engineering elastic constants of fiber composites are studied. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible in predicting the elastic properties of composites with different structures.
