茉莉酸受體多功能納米探針的合成與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:將巰基丙酸修飾的CdTe量子點和植物激素茉莉酸通過一步法偶聯(lián)到表面修飾氨基的Fe_3O_4納米顆粒表面,合成了一種同時具有熒光信號、磁響應(yīng)性能和特異性標(biāo)記植物原生質(zhì)體中茉莉酸受體的多功能磁性熒光納米探針.熒光光譜測試表明該探針保持了CdTe量子點熒光性能,具有熒光強度高、適用體系的pH范圍寬和抗光漂白性能好等優(yōu)點;磁響應(yīng)及磁滯回線測試充分說明該探針具有良好的超順磁性.使用該探針對綠豆原生質(zhì)體中茉莉酸受體進行成像,結(jié)果表明:該探針對茉莉酸受體具有選擇性標(biāo)記的功能,茉莉酸受體主要存在于原生質(zhì)體膜上.該標(biāo)記方法簡單方便,能為茉莉酸信號轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)研究提供可視化的信息.
[Abstract]:The CdTe quantum dots modified with mercapto propionic acid and the plant hormone jasmonic acid were coupled to the surface of the surface modified amino Fe_3O_4 nanoparticles by one step method to synthesize a fluorescent signal. Magnetic response and specific labeled multifunctional magnetic fluorescent nanoprobes for jasmonic acid receptors in plant protoplasts. The fluorescence spectra showed that the probe kept the fluorescence properties of CdTe quantum dots, and had the advantages of high fluorescence intensity, wide range of pH and good photobleaching resistance. The magnetic response and hysteresis loop measurements show that the probe has good superparamagnetism. The results showed that the probe could selectively label the jasmonic acid receptor, which mainly existed on the protoplast membrane. The method is simple and convenient and can provide visual information for the study of jasmonic acid signal transduction.
