碳纖維編織復(fù)合材料損傷變形與破壞實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過對碳纖維編織復(fù)合材料的拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn),利用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)(Acoustic Emission,簡稱"AE")和數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)(Digital Image Correlation,簡稱"DIC")方法研究碳纖維復(fù)合材料的損傷演化規(guī)律。通過采集試件在拉伸過程中的聲發(fā)射信號(hào)、損傷變形與應(yīng)變場信息,分析碳纖維編織復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)加載、變形場和聲發(fā)射特征參數(shù)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明復(fù)合材料的位移場、應(yīng)變場信息以及AE信號(hào)特征參數(shù)能良好地描述復(fù)合材料在拉伸狀態(tài)下的損傷累積和破壞過程。在加載前期,以40~60 dB低幅度信號(hào)為主;隨著載荷增加,撞擊累計(jì)數(shù)急劇升高,高幅度、高持續(xù)時(shí)間信號(hào)增多。通過DIC測得的位移場和應(yīng)變場信息,發(fā)現(xiàn)對于相同的載荷增量,加載方向的位移和最大拉應(yīng)變呈先增加后減小的趨勢。
[Abstract]:The damage evolution of carbon fiber braided composites was studied by means of acoustic emission (Acoustic Emission,) and digital image correlation (Digital Image Correlation, ("DIC"). The relationship among mechanical loading, deformation field and acoustic emission characteristic parameters of carbon fiber braided composites was analyzed by collecting acoustic emission signals and information of damage deformation and strain field during tensile process. The results show that the displacement field, strain field information and AE signal characteristic parameters can well describe the damage accumulation and failure process of the composite under tensile condition. In the early stage of loading, the low amplitude signal of 40 ~ 60 dB is the main signal, and with the increase of the load, the impact accumulative count increases sharply, the high amplitude and the high duration signal increase. Through the information of displacement field and strain field measured by DIC, it is found that for the same load increment, the displacement and maximum tensile strain of loading direction increase first and then decrease.
