704膠膠結(jié)界面pH值對(duì)玻璃纖維復(fù)合鋁箔動(dòng)態(tài)模量的影響

【摘要】:采用均勻設(shè)計(jì)法,以鹽酸和氫氧化鈉為酸堿處理劑,制備pH值在1.90~13.70的玻璃纖維與鋁箔表面。以704硅橡膠作為粘結(jié)劑,將處理過(guò)的玻璃纖維與鋁箔在140℃熱壓60s制成玻璃纖維復(fù)合鋁箔材料。用動(dòng)態(tài)熱機(jī)械性能測(cè)試儀(DMA)考察膠結(jié)界面pH值在30~400℃下,玻璃纖維復(fù)合鋁箔動(dòng)態(tài)模量隨溫度的變化情況。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)玻璃纖維界面pH值呈中性,鋁箔界面pH值呈弱堿性時(shí),復(fù)合材料的動(dòng)態(tài)模量比其他膠結(jié)界面pH值都大;且隨著溫度的增加,其動(dòng)態(tài)模量相應(yīng)增加,并在200℃時(shí)達(dá)到最大值。掃描電鏡(SEM)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,在此條件下制備的復(fù)合材料膠結(jié)界面更為緊密,且玻璃纖維絲有部分嵌入鋁箔表面層結(jié)構(gòu)。
