膜基系統(tǒng)中膜斷裂花紋的實驗與模型

【摘要】:薄膜基底系統(tǒng)中膜斷裂的現(xiàn)象非常廣泛。例如:田地的龜裂,路面的開裂,樹干的裂紋、工業(yè)涂層的斷裂等。由于現(xiàn)實生活中會大量遇到類似情況,各種問題也就接踵而來,比如裂紋是什么原因造成的,裂紋形狀有什么樣的規(guī)律,如何避免裂紋的產(chǎn)生,裂紋產(chǎn)生后如何進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)等。因此對于薄膜基底系統(tǒng)中膜斷裂的研究具有非常重要的意義。從國內(nèi)外所做的實驗研究分析,可以大致看出,研究的重點(diǎn)大部分集中于對的薄膜基底熱失配引起的熱失配問題、屈曲問題,還有厚度比對裂紋影響問題;對于薄膜的泊松比和材料性質(zhì)的不匹配對于花紋的影響等還沒有令人滿意的結(jié)果,因此本課題選題有一定的研究價值。本文以三元乙丙烯橡膠為基底與脆性薄膜來進(jìn)行實驗,根據(jù)實驗現(xiàn)象,提出一個斷裂模型。鑒于實驗中基底采用的是三元乙丙烯橡膠,為了易于觀察裂紋形狀,采用較脆材料的薄膜。進(jìn)行了六組不同厚度的單軸拉伸實驗,以及兩組雙軸拉伸實驗,選擇微控電子拉力試驗機(jī)進(jìn)行實驗來觀察裂紋的擴(kuò)展規(guī)律。采用六組不同厚度的薄膜基底系統(tǒng)樣片進(jìn)行單軸拉伸實驗所得的實驗數(shù)據(jù),將所得應(yīng)力應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)選擇一階求導(dǎo)方法,觀察數(shù)據(jù)散點(diǎn)圖,根據(jù)其特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行取平均值得出薄膜的斷裂應(yīng)力。通過實驗,將本文的斷裂模型與實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析對比,驗證本文所提出模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of film fracture in the film substrate system is very extensive. For example: crack of field, crack of road surface, crack of trunk, fracture of industrial coating, etc. Due to the large number of similar situations in real life, a variety of problems will follow, such as what causes the crack, what kind of law the shape of the crack, how to avoid the occurrence of the crack, how to repair the crack after the occurrence and so on. Therefore, the study of film fracture in thin film substrate system is of great significance. From the analysis of experimental research done at home and abroad, it can be seen that most of the research focuses on the thermal mismatch problem caused by thermal mismatch of the film substrate, the buckling problem, and the influence of thickness ratio on the crack. The effect of Poisson's ratio of film and mismatch of material properties on pattern is still not satisfactory, so this topic has some research value. In this paper, EPDM was used as the substrate and the brittle film was tested. According to the experimental phenomena, a fracture model was proposed. In view of the fact that EPDM rubber was used on the substrate in the experiment, the brittle film was used to observe the crack shape easily. Six groups of uniaxial tensile tests with different thickness and two groups of biaxial tensile tests were carried out. Six groups of thin film substrate system samples with different thickness were used for uniaxial tensile test. The stress-strain data were selected as the first order derivation method, and the scattered data were observed. According to its characteristics, the fracture stress of the film is obtained by taking the average value. Through experiments, the fracture model is compared with the experimental data to verify the validity of the proposed model.
