磁控濺射技術(shù)沉積NSN70隔熱膜的實驗研究

【摘要】:利用磁控濺射技術(shù),在柔性基材PET上沉積Ag Cu合金制備的NSN系列隔熱膜,繼承了單Ag隔熱膜良好的光譜選擇性,同時能有效的解決Ag易硫化的難題。通過選擇合適的Ag Cu合金靶材、NSN70隔熱膜的膜系設(shè)計與制備、樣品的形貌檢測、耐候性實驗、光學(xué)性能測試等多方面研究了NSN隔熱膜。實驗結(jié)果為以后大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)NSN系列隔熱膜奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Using magnetron sputtering technique, the NSN series thermal insulation film prepared by Ag Cu alloy deposited on the flexible substrate PET has inherited the excellent spectral selectivity of the single Ag thermal insulation film, and can effectively solve the problem of easy vulcanization of Ag. By selecting suitable Ag Cu alloy target, designing and preparing the film system of NSN70 insulation film, examining the morphology of the sample, weathering test and optical property test, the NSN insulation film was studied. The experimental results lay a foundation for the large-scale industrial production of NSN series thermal insulation films.
