3D打印制備SiC預(yù)制體增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料的微觀組織
[Abstract]:SiC ceramic preforms were prepared by 3D printing, SiC reinforced A356 matrix composites (SiC/A356 composites) were prepared by pressure-impregnation process, and (SEM), was obtained by (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM). The phase and microstructure were studied by (EDS) and X-ray. The results show that the SiC/A356 composites prepared by this method have dense microstructure, uniform particle distribution and good interfacial bonding properties between the particles and the matrix. The interfacial reaction between SiC reinforcement and A356 matrix was well controlled, and no formation of Al_4C_3 brittle phase was detected, indicating that Si in A356 alloy was beneficial to prevent the formation of brittle phase Al4C3, and the wettability between A356 matrix and SiCp reinforcements was improved by the presence of Mg element.
