燒結(jié)溫度、配比及粒徑對Al-Teflon準(zhǔn)靜壓反應(yīng)的影響

【摘要】:為確定燒結(jié)溫度、材料配比及粒徑對鋁-特氟龍(Al-Teflon)準(zhǔn)靜壓反應(yīng)現(xiàn)象的影響,利用萬能實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對Al-Teflon進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)靜態(tài)壓縮試驗(yàn)。得到了燒結(jié)溫度、配比及粒徑影響下試件的應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線及反應(yīng)率數(shù)據(jù)。利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)進(jìn)行了微觀形貌分析。結(jié)果表明,燒結(jié)溫度、材料配比及粒徑均影響材料的力學(xué)特性,改變了材料的形變及裂紋形成模式,進(jìn)而影響準(zhǔn)靜壓起始反應(yīng)的激發(fā);同時(shí),材料配比影響反應(yīng)完全度,當(dāng)材料配比偏離化學(xué)平衡配比時(shí),出現(xiàn)不完全反應(yīng)現(xiàn)象;而隨粒徑減小,反應(yīng)烈度及反應(yīng)速率增加。Al-Teflon能夠發(fā)生準(zhǔn)靜壓反應(yīng)的材料-工藝范圍為:燒結(jié)溫度320~370℃,Al質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)16%~36%,Al粉粒徑小于12~14μm。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the effects of sintering temperature, material ratio and particle size on the quasi-static pressure reaction of Al-terfluron (Al-Teflon), quasi-static compression tests of Al-Teflon were carried out with a universal experimental machine. The stress-strain curve and reaction rate data were obtained under the influence of sintering temperature, ratio and particle size. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) (SEM) was used to analyze the micromorphology. The results show that the sintering temperature, material ratio and particle size all affect the mechanical properties of the material, change the deformation and crack formation mode of the material, and then affect the excitation of quasi-static pressure initiation reaction. At the same time, the ratio of materials affects the degree of complete reaction, when the ratio of materials deviates from the chemical equilibrium ratio, the phenomenon of incomplete reaction occurs. However, with the decrease of particle size, the reaction intensity and reaction rate increase.
