用DL-411改性的某含釩頁巖提釩渣填充聚丙烯制備復(fù)合材料

【摘要】:在對某含釩頁巖提釩渣進行物理化學(xué)特性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對其進行了表面改性,以作為聚合物填料。對比了3種偶聯(lián)劑對釩尾渣的改性效果及對復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能影響,并確定了該釩尾渣的表面改性工藝。結(jié)果表明:鋁酸酯偶聯(lián)劑DL-411對釩尾渣改性效果最好,其與釩尾渣質(zhì)量比為1.2%,改性溫度為100℃時,釩尾渣活性指數(shù)達95.53%。FTIR分析表明,DL-411在釩尾渣表面結(jié)合能力最強。XRD分析表明,釩尾渣對聚丙烯(PP)有異相成核作用,誘導(dǎo)PP中β晶型形成,DL-411改性能顯著增強成核作用,使復(fù)合材料具有更高的強度和更好的韌性。當(dāng)改性釩尾渣填充量(改性釩尾渣與聚丙烯的質(zhì)量比)為10%時,復(fù)合材料的拉伸強度、抗沖擊強度和抗彎曲強度分別為47.51MPa、38.43 k J/m~2、59.57 MPa。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of vanadium-bearing shale-containing vanadium-extracted slag, the surface of the slag was modified to be used as polymer filler.
