助熔劑對(duì)陶瓷化硼酚醛復(fù)合材料熱行為及微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:以硼酚醛樹(shù)脂(BPF)為基體,以納米MgO、Al_2O_3和SiO_2(MAS)為成瓷填料,添加B_2O_3、Bi_2O_3或玻璃料等助熔劑,采用模壓成型工藝制備MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2/硼酚醛(MAS/BPF)陶瓷化復(fù)合材料,研究助熔劑對(duì)MAS/BPF陶瓷化復(fù)合材料熱穩(wěn)定性、微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和物相轉(zhuǎn)變的影響。結(jié)果表明:MAS/BPF陶瓷化復(fù)合材料在600~1000℃裂解2h后的尺寸收縮率為9%~14.5%,表現(xiàn)出良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性;TG熱分析發(fā)現(xiàn),助熔劑使MAS/BPF陶瓷化復(fù)合材料在1200℃時(shí)的殘留率降低,但在900~1200℃的熱穩(wěn)定性提高。XRD和SEM分析結(jié)果顯示,助熔劑能夠顯著降低陶瓷化反應(yīng)溫度。和B_2O_3、Bi_2O_3相比,玻璃料更有助于形成大量的液相,促進(jìn)陶瓷化組分與裂解殘余碳之間的反應(yīng),從而提高M(jìn)AS/BPF陶瓷化復(fù)合材料在高溫下的致密性和外形完整性。
[Abstract]:Boron phenolic resin (BPF) was used as substrate, nano-sized MgO,Al_2O_3 and SiO_2 (MAS) were used as ceramic fillers, and B _ 2O _ 3 / Bi2O3 or glass fluxes were added. MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2/ boron phenolic (MAS/BPF) ceramic composites were prepared by moulding process. The effects of fluxes on the thermal stability, microstructure and phase transition of MAS/BPF ceramic composites were studied. The results show that the size shrinkage of MAS/BPF ceramic composites is 9? 14.5 after cracking at 600 鈩,
