基于力阻效應(yīng)的CFRP試件傳感特性的試驗研究

【摘要】:基于碳纖維復(fù)合材料傳感原理,推導(dǎo)電阻變化率與應(yīng)變的關(guān)系公式,通過CFRP試件軸向拉伸試驗,得到試件的初始電阻和伏安特性曲線,研究了在三個不同的應(yīng)變階段,試件電阻變化率隨應(yīng)變的變化關(guān)系,并通過線性擬合得到初始階段CFRP試件的靈敏度。試驗結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)應(yīng)變小于0.8%時,電阻變化率隨應(yīng)變變化較快,表現(xiàn)出良好的線性關(guān)系,具有良好的力阻效應(yīng);當(dāng)應(yīng)變在0.8%~2.4%之間時,電阻變化率隨應(yīng)變的變化速度降低,電阻-應(yīng)變關(guān)系曲線出現(xiàn)波動;當(dāng)應(yīng)變大于2.4%時,電阻變化率急劇增長,試件破壞。
[Abstract]:Based on the sensing principle of carbon fiber composites, the relationship between resistance change rate and strain is derived. The initial resistance and volt-ampere characteristic curves of CFRP specimen are obtained by axial tensile test, and three different strain stages are studied. The change rate of resistance varies with strain, and the sensitivity of CFRP specimen at initial stage is obtained by linear fitting. The experimental results show that when the strain is less than 0.8, the resistance rate changes rapidly with the strain, showing a good linear relationship and good resistance effect. When the strain is between 0.8% and 2.4%, the resistance change rate decreases with the strain, and the resistance strain relation curve fluctuates. When the strain is greater than 2.4%, the resistance change rate increases sharply and the specimen is destroyed.
