稀土多氟化物一維納米材料的合成與發(fā)光性質(zhì)

【摘要】:稀土多氟化物因其具有低聲子能和豐富的4f能級,而被作為一種重要高效發(fā)光基質(zhì),其在醫(yī)學(xué)檢測、太陽能電池、色彩顯示、生物標(biāo)記物、防偽油墨等領(lǐng)域均有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,已經(jīng)成為熱點研究課題之一,目前研究者們已經(jīng)制備出多種形貌的稀土多氟化物的微納米材料,而對于一維納米結(jié)構(gòu)的稀土多氟化物的研究卻鮮有報道。靜電紡絲技術(shù)操作方便、重復(fù)性好和效率高等特點,是一種合成一維微納米材料的主要方法。因此,靜電紡絲方法合成稀土多氟化物一維納米材料是具有創(chuàng)新性又很有挑戰(zhàn)性的課題。本文中采取靜電紡絲法制備出PVP/稀土硝酸鹽/醋酸鋇復(fù)合納米纖維,經(jīng)高溫加熱,得到中間產(chǎn)物;采用雙坩堝氟化技術(shù),得到BaYF_5:Er~(3+)、BaY_2F8:Er~(3+)和Ba_4Y_3F17:Er~(3+)納米纖維。采用XRD、EDS、SEM、TEM和PL現(xiàn)代測試方法對樣品進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,所制備的Ba YF_5:Er~(3+)、BaY_2F8:Er~(3+)和Ba_4Y_3F17:Er~(3+)納米纖維分別為四方相、單斜相和菱方相;其直徑大約為110-160 nm;摻雜Er~(3+)的BaYF_5、BaY_2F8和Ba_4Y_3F17納米纖維是很好的上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光材料;討論了上轉(zhuǎn)化發(fā)光機理,得到了有意義的結(jié)果,為深入了解稀土離子摻雜多氟化物一維納米材料的性能及應(yīng)用打下了重要基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Rare earth polyfluoride has been used as an important high efficient luminescent matrix for its low energy level and rich 4f energy level. It is used in medical detection, solar cells, color display, biomarkers, etc. Anti-counterfeiting ink and other fields have a wide range of application prospects, has become one of the hot research topics, researchers have prepared a variety of morphology of rare earth polyfluoride micro-nano materials, However, the study of rare earth polyfluoride with one-dimensional nanostructure is rarely reported. Electrospinning is a main method for the synthesis of one-dimensional micro / nano materials because of its advantages such as easy operation, good repeatability and high efficiency. Therefore, the synthesis of rare earth polyfluoride one-dimensional nanomaterials by electrostatic spinning is an innovative and challenging subject. In this paper, PVP/ rare earth nitrate / barium acetate composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning method, and the intermediate products were obtained by heating at high temperature. BaYF_5:Er~ (3), BaY_2F8:Er~ (3) and Ba_4Y_3F17:Er~ (3) nanofibers were prepared by double crucible fluorination. The samples were characterized by XRD,EDS,SEM,TEM and PL. The results show that the prepared Ba YF_5:Er~ (3), BaY_2F8:Er~ (3) and Ba_4Y_3F17:Er~ (3) nanofibers are tetragonal, monoclinic and rhombohedral, respectively, and their diameters are about 110-160 nm;. BaYF_5,BaY_2F8 and Ba_4Y_3F17 nanofibers doped with Er~ (3) are good up-conversion luminescent materials. The mechanism of up-conversion luminescence was discussed, and the significant results were obtained, which laid an important foundation for further understanding the properties and applications of rare-earth ions doped polyfluoride one-dimensional nano-materials.
