碳納米管對(duì)液體石蠟微膠囊性能影響的探究

【摘要】:以液體石蠟為囊芯,三聚氰胺-甲醛樹(shù)脂作殼材,碳納米管為改性劑,采用原位聚合法制備碳納米管/石蠟相變儲(chǔ)能微膠囊。研究了碳納米管對(duì)于微膠囊相變儲(chǔ)能材料的粒徑分布、包覆率、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、密封性的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著碳納米管量增加,囊芯所占比例逐漸減小,包覆率逐漸降低;當(dāng)添加MNCNTs-OH量為0.0,1.7%,3.3%,6.7%時(shí),破損率分別為22.3%,15.9%,14.7%,17.6%,且比未添加MNCNTs-OH的相變微膠囊重量釋放速率慢,說(shuō)明MNCNTs-OH不僅能夠降低膠囊破損率,改善了膠囊壁材的韌性與強(qiáng)度,而且提高相變微膠囊的密封性。
[Abstract]:Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) / paraffin phase change microcapsules (PCMs) were prepared by in-situ polymerization with liquid paraffin as the core, melamine formaldehyde resin as shell material and carbon nanotubes as modifier. The effects of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the particle size distribution, encapsulation rate, mechanical strength and sealing of microencapsulated phase change energy storage materials were studied. The results show that with the increase of carbon nanotubes, the proportion of the core decreases and the coating rate decreases. When the amount of MNCNTs-OH added was 0.01.7and 3.3and 6.7, the rate of breakage was 22.3and 15.9and 14.717.6respectively, and the release rate was slower than the weight release rate of phase change microcapsules without adding MNCNTs-OH. The results show that MNCNTs-OH can not only reduce the damage rate of the capsule, improve the toughness and strength of the capsule wall material, but also improve the sealing ability of the phase change microcapsule.
