碳納米管及卟啉鐵整體柱的制備及應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, two different types of monolithic columns were prepared. Firstly, using porphyrin iron (Hemin) and hexadecene (C16) as monomers, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (TEGDA) as crosslinking agent, dimethylformamide (DMF) and isopropanol as pore-forming agents, benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and N, N-dimethylaniline (DMA) was used as initiator to prepare Hemin polymer monolithic column. The structure of the monolithic column was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), surface area and pore size analyzer (BET). Compared with the monolithic column without Hemin, the Hemin polymer monolithic column has better permeability and separation ability, and can be applied to the separation of complex biological samples such as plasma, chicken egg albumin and so on. In addition, the monolithic column also has a certain separation ability for small molecular compounds. Secondly, multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) composite monolithic columns were prepared by redox initiation. Using octene (C 8) as monomer, TEGDA as crosslinking agent, n-propanol and dodecanol as pore-forming agent and BPO and DMA as initiators, hydroxylated MWCNT was embedded in monolithic column materials. Then the morphology and structure of the column materials were investigated by SEM,BET and (MIP). Finally, the composite monolithic column was used as (HPLC) stationary phase for the separation and analysis of samples. Compared with the monolithic column without MWCNT, the MWCNT composite monolithic column improved the separation performance of small molecular compounds, improved the column efficiency and shortened the separation time. In addition, some complex biological samples were separated by the monolithic column.
