單個體矢量性特征的固體納米孔道分析研究

【摘要】:固體納米孔道作為一種高靈敏的單分子檢測技術(shù),由于其機械強度高、尺寸可控、易于陣列化集成等方面的顯著優(yōu)勢,已經(jīng)被廣泛應用于DNA,蛋白質(zhì)以及聚合物等小分子的檢測.具有矢量性特征的各向異性單個體在納米孔道中的穿孔行為對具有空間限域效應的納米孔道離子流特征信號具有顯著影響.為解析單個體矢量性特征對納米孔道分析的影響,本工作利用氮化硅固態(tài)納米孔道,以單個納米金棒為各向異性的單個體模型,實時觀測了其在孔道中的遷移行為.研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當納米金棒穿過納米孔道時,產(chǎn)生兩種不同阻斷程度的特征電流信號,通過對電流信號事件的解析,實時獲取了具有矢量特征的金棒所導致的兩種特征過孔事件;進一步,建立了離子電流模型,分別對這兩種各向異性的穿孔事件機制進行了驗證.
[Abstract]:As a highly sensitive single molecule detection technique, solid nano-channel has been widely used in DNA, because of its advantages of high mechanical strength, controllable size and easy to be integrated into array. Detection of small molecules such as proteins and polymers. The perforation behavior of an anisotropic single individual with vector characteristics in the nanopore has a significant effect on the characteristic signal of the nanorph ion current with the spatial limiting effect. In order to analyze the effect of single individual vector characteristics on the analysis of nano-pore, the migration behavior of silicon nitride solid nano-channel was observed in real time by using a single individual model with a single nanorod as anisotropy. It is found that two kinds of characteristic current signals with different blocking degree are produced when the nanocrystalline gold rods pass through the nanorods. By analyzing the current signal events, two kinds of characteristic perforation events caused by the gold rods with vector characteristics are obtained in real time. Furthermore, ion current models are established to verify the two anisotropic perforation event mechanisms.
