熔鹽法在碳纖維表面制備抗氧化SiC涂層

【摘要】:采用熔鹽法,以NaCl-KCl作熔鹽介質(zhì),利用Si粉與碳纖維反應(yīng)在纖維表面制備出均勻的SiC涂層。研究了反應(yīng)溫度、熱處理時間和Si/C比對SiC涂層結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著熱處理溫度、熱處理時間以及Si/C比的增加,纖維表面涂層厚度與SiC晶粒尺寸增加,但是涂層厚度增加隨著Si/C比的增加變化較小。與未涂層碳纖維相比,SiC涂層明顯改善了碳纖維的抗氧化性能。1350℃熱處理3h制備的SiC涂層致密均勻,其起始氧化溫度由540℃增加至650℃。
[Abstract]:A uniform SiC coating was prepared on the fiber surface by the reaction of Si powder with carbon fiber using NaCl-KCl as the molten salt medium. The effects of reaction temperature, heat treatment time and Si/C ratio on the structure and morphology of SiC coating were investigated. The results show that the coating thickness and SiC grain size increase with the increase of heat treatment temperature, heat treatment time and Si/C ratio, but the coating thickness increases slightly with the increase of Si/C ratio.
