復(fù)合材料型材在紫外-凝露和自然環(huán)境下老化機制

【摘要】:對拉擠成型的玻璃纖維增強復(fù)合材料進行自然暴露老化和紫外凝露加速老化試驗,研究了不飽和聚酯基型材和乙烯基酯樹脂型材在2種環(huán)境下的質(zhì)量、外觀顏色、微觀形態(tài)以及拉伸性能隨老化時間的變化,并用紅外光譜分析了材料結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。結(jié)果表明:在紫外-凝露環(huán)境下,復(fù)合材料表面顏色變黃,損傷產(chǎn)生于材料表面樹脂;老化1 a后,不飽和聚酯基型材和乙烯基酯樹脂型材質(zhì)量分別下降0.73%和0.76%,拉伸模量分別下降18.85%和38.57%,而對不飽和聚酯基型材的拉伸強度無明顯副作用,乙烯基酯樹脂型材強度下降為78.54%。在自然環(huán)境老化1 a后,型材性能變化趨勢與紫外-凝露環(huán)境下一致,但是變化量較少。
[Abstract]:The natural exposure aging and ultraviolet condensation accelerated aging tests of glass fiber reinforced composites formed by pullout were carried out. The quality and appearance color of unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resin profiles in two environments were studied. The changes of microstructure and tensile properties with aging time were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the surface color of the composite is yellowish and the damage is caused by the resin on the surface of the composite in the UV-condensed environment. After aging for 1 year, the quality of unsaturated polyester based profile and vinyl ester resin profile decreased by 0.73% and 0.76%, respectively, and the tensile modulus decreased by 18.85% and 38.57%, respectively. However, the tensile strength of unsaturated polyester based profile was decreased to 78.54, and the tensile strength of vinyl ester resin profile was decreased to 78.54. After aging in natural environment for 1 year, the change trend of profile properties is the same as that in UV-condensed environment, but the change is less.
