木橡復合層積材對橫向周期性壓載的響應特性

【摘要】:為拓展木質復合材料在鐵路軌枕、機電產品包裝等特殊工程領域的應用,研制了9層木橡復合層積材(LLVR)。設計了5種木/橡層積結構,單元為楊木單板和氯丁橡膠(CR)片。采用分層施膠的工藝,即異氰酸酯PAPI用于木橡間膠合,涂布量80 g·m~(-2),添加質量分數9%硅烷偶聯劑KH69;酚醛樹脂PF用于楊木單板間膠合,涂布量200 g·m-2。熱壓工藝為溫度160℃、壓力1.5 MPa、時間10 min。根據國家標準GB/T 17657測試了膠合強度、彎曲強度、彎曲模量及24 h吸水厚度膨脹率。模擬實際承載特征,設計了5周期"加載—卸載"加壓試驗,重點揭示LLVR對周期性橫向壓載的力變及吸能響應特性。結果表明:木材與橡膠層積復合開發(fā)鐵路軌枕、機電產品包裝等特殊工程材料是可行的;LLVR具有優(yōu)異的力學強度、濕穩(wěn)定性和殘余彈性形變吸能緩沖性能;推薦采用表層橡膠包覆的層積結構。
