PP-R復(fù)合材料力學(xué)性能及結(jié)晶行為的研究

【摘要】:采用注塑成型法制備PP-R復(fù)合材料,并結(jié)合掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、示差掃描量熱儀(DSC)、偏光顯微(POM)及X射線衍射分析儀(XRD)等技術(shù),研究了PP-R復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能及結(jié)晶行為。結(jié)果表明,成核劑(WBGⅡ)對(duì)PP-R復(fù)合材料綜合性能的影響較為明顯。加成核劑(WBGⅡ)后,PP-R(RP2400)的沖擊強(qiáng)度(29.76 kJ/m~2)與PP-R(T4401)的沖擊強(qiáng)度(28.68 kJ/m~2)分別增為56.63、46.82 kJ/m~2,各自提高了90.29%、63.25%;而對(duì)拉伸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度的影響較小。同時(shí),成核劑(WBGⅡ)的加入,能促進(jìn)PP-R復(fù)合材料晶粒細(xì)化,誘導(dǎo)α晶型向β晶型轉(zhuǎn)變,從而改善其沖擊韌性。
