棕櫚纖維彈性材料的基礎研究及優(yōu)化設計
[Abstract]:Since the 20th century, environmental pollution, energy shortage and other problems have worsened to the extent of affecting the sustainable development of human society. The voice of the world for the development of new green industries and the realization of sustainable development is increasingly high. As a green and widely used plant material, palm has been used for a long time. At present, the industrial application of palm mainly stays at the level of experience and lacks systematic research. Therefore, this paper takes palm fiber and its product palm mattress as the research object, carries out the research on the fiber structure characteristics and the optimization of the palm mattress, and provides the possibility for further expanding the application scope of the palm. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: firstly, according to the characteristics of sheet fiber structure produced by industrial equipment, the typical porous structure cell is selected, and the elastic modulus parameters are deduced by using equivalent theory; The influence factors of mechanical properties of flake structure were analyzed. Secondly, the mechanical equivalent models of triangular and trapezoidal corrugated sandwich structures are established, and the formulas for calculating the equivalent elastic modulus of the structures are derived. The modulus parameters of the two sandwich structures are calculated by using ANSYS finite element analysis software and the quantitative parameters are selected and compared with the theoretical derivation. Based on the theory of material mechanics and shell mechanics, the calculation formulas of stiffness and equivalent weight of isotropic plate with hard sandwich core, orthotropic plate with hard sandwich core and thick layer hard sandwich plate are derived. Thirdly, the compressive stress-strain curve, strength and modulus of the mattress support layer were obtained by the compression experiment. The effects of thickness, density, adhesive concentration and adhesive type on the mechanical properties of the mattress support layer were analyzed. Finally, from the point of view of structural lightweight, the multi-constraint conditions of sandwich structure are analyzed, the optimization model of multi-constraint is constructed, and the engineering problems are solved by using the relevant optimization algorithm.
